Solid Teak case formers for Italian Style Cylinder Shells

We manufacture solid wooden case formers for making cylinder shells from 3 to 10 inch diameter
Made from kiln dried solid wooden billets not laminated wood.
Available in Teak, Rosewood, Thai Makar hardwood and other exotic woods.

Recessed in one end to accept a fuse or flash bag and drilled through entire length to make case removal easy after pleating down one end.

Apart from standard 3 to 10 inch sizes we also make a set of 6 insert formers the smallest being 1 1/8 diameter the largest
1 1/2 inch. They are made from Teak or Thai hardwood and made as a matched set.

Formers can be finished with laquer or Teak oil or left natural for you to apply your own finish.
